For today’s conversation, Sarah sits down to chat with Demond, a guest and sometimes volunteer at our Micah Day Center. Today Demond shares a little bit of his story, the Micah Day Center’s importance to him and why he feels the need to volunteer/share where he can.
Demond helps out however he can, but is particularly known for giving other guests haircuts. It may not seem like a big deal but a hot shower and fresh haircut can go a long way in making someone feel good about themselves.
