The United Church of Christ’s 30th General Synod is being held June 26-30, 2015, in Cleveland, Ohio. As a health and human services ministry of the United Church of Christ, Back Bay Mission will be there!
Shrimp Boil: June 25
Pilgrim United Church of Christ in Cleveland will be holding a shrimp boil for the Mission on June 25 (the Thursday before Synod). While Pilgrim members will have the bulk of seats, 60 seats are being held for people from throughout the United Church of Christ. These seats will be held through June 12.
Tickets are $20 and must be paid by that date. Contact Pilgrim United Church of Christ for more information and to make your reservation.
Exhibit: June 26-30
We’ll have a display in the exhibit hall from the time it opens on June 26 until it closes on June 30. You’ll have the chance to pick up some literature, hear the latest about Back Bay Mission, and record your message to our constituents.
Workshop: June 27
Church Relations Associate Christopher Marlin-Warfield will be presenting a workshop titled Time Marches On: The Long Road of Disaster Recovery during the 3pm workshop sessions on June 27.
