Please join us for a special “Candid Conversation” with Biloxi police officer Hollis Smith. Officer Smith is long-time police over with experience nationwide and also has worked directly with the homeless population in Biloxi. Join us for part 2 (of 3) as we meet Officer Smith, hear the background to his story, how he first became aware of homelessness and how it affected his life.
