Supportive housing provides help for individuals and families with a disability and a history of chronic homelessness. This program provides these families with immediate housing and the support they need to find their own housing and start realizing larger aspirations.

Home At Last, serving the general population, is our own supportive housing program. The Mission rents apartments in Biloxi and Gulfport for formerly homeless individuals and families and provides the support they need to achieve longterm sustainability.

HomePort, serving veterans, was started by the Mission and is now a separate program. A partnership between the Mission, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and Gulf Coast Housing Initiative (itself a daughter organization of ours), this program operates a duplex and a six-unit apartment building.

Figures in this report reflect services provided from January 1, 2016 – March 31, 2016.
