Summer is rapidly approaching, and that means lots of United Church of Christ events. From Conference annual meetings to Regional Youth Events and conferences, folks from around the United Church of Christ and beyond will be gathering for fellowship, reflection and business… and Back Bay Mission will be present at many of these events!
The Mission will be at the following events:
Florida Conference Annual Meeting (May 17): The Mission will have a display and Development Associate Don Stoner will be present.
Wisconsin Conference Annual Meeting (June 6-8): The Mission will have a display. Development Associate Carol Merriman and Board Member David Yochum will be present.
South Central Conference Annual Meeting (June 6-8): The Mission will have a display. Several Board Members will be present.
Minnesota Conference Annual Meeting (June 13-15): Development Associate Dick Eick will have an exhibit and be presenting a workshop titled Turning Our Churches Inside Out to Foment Another Great Spiritual Awakening.
Ohio Conference Annual Meeting (June 14): Development Associate Doyle Luckenbaugh will have an exhibit at the Cleveland site.
Pennsylvania Central Conference Annual Meeting (June 13-15): Development Associates Bill and Ellen Matten will have a display focusing on natural disaster mission work within the United States, including Back Bay Mission.
Shepherding the Shepherd (June 24-26): Church Relations Associate Christopher Marlin-Warfield will be presenting a workshop titled Beyond the Mission Trip: Building Commitment to a Community.
Great Lakes Regional Youth Event (July 10-13): The Mission will have an exhibit and Church Relations Associate Christopher Marlin-Warfield will be presenting a workshop titled Beyond the Mission Trip: Building Commitment to a Community.
