* Back Bay Mission represented at the 2022 Heartland Conference Annual Meeting *

This month, Back Bay Mission was proud to be present and represented at the 2022 Heartland Conference Annual Meeting in Ohio! Laura Payne-Breeland, our Director of Development, flew up to Ohio to team-up with longtime long-term volunteer Rev. Jeanette Tangeman.

The two tabled a booth together and shared about Back Bay Mission’s 100 year history of “Making’ Good Trouble” alongside ways to support, volunteer and give so we can continue helping those in the most need for another 100 years. Pictured is Rev. Jeanette Tangeman as she works the Back Bay Mission booth and as she speaks about the history of Back Bay Mission, our connection to the UCC, mission trips/how to volunteer and the Capital Campaign.

Thank you to everyone that attended, stopped by the booth and learned about Back Bay Mission, some of our 100 year history/connection to the UCC and how we work to strengthen neighborhoods, seek justice and transform lives on the Mississippi Gulf Coast!
