We are thrilled to announce that we are expanding our team and currently hiring for three pivotal positions: Day Center / Clothing Closet Assistant, Community Health Worker, and Case Manager. Each of these roles is essential to our mission of providing comprehensive support to those at risk of becoming unsheltered or who are already experiencing homelessness.

Positions Available

1. Day Center / Clothing Closet Assistant: As a Day Center / Clothing Closet Assistant, you will be the welcoming face for those seeking assistance at our Day Center and Clothing Closet. Your role will involve organizing donations, assisting clients in finding essential items, and ensuring the Day Center operates smoothly and efficiently. Reports directly to the Director of Client Services.

2. Community Health Worker: The Community Health Worker will play a crucial role in connecting our clients with vital health resources. You will work directly with individuals to assess their health needs, provide education on health topics, and facilitate access to healthcare services, all while building trust and rapport within the community. Reports directly to the Director of Client Services.

3. HUD/Rapid Rehousing Case Manager: As a Case Manager, you will provide critical support and advocacy for individuals facing homelessness or economic hardship. This role involves developing personalized action plans, connecting clients with resources, and offering ongoing support to help them achieve stability and self-sufficiency. Reports directly to the Director of Client Services.

4. Development Associate: The Development Associate is integral to the Development team, responsible for planning, executing, and managing fundraising activities. This role involves crafting and implementing fundraising strategies, cultivating donor relationships, and creating marketing materials. The associate will also manage social media content and serve as the in-house photographer. Reports directly to the Director of Development.
